Purchase Process

Following extensive negotiation with the developer, Colordarcy have managed to secure outstanding payment plans and pre-release discounts for Regatas do Morro Branco, making it easier for you to purchase your investment property. Prices will increase by 40% in approximately one-month’s time.  

Payment Options:

Reservation Fee GBP 3000 (can be taken by credit or debit card)

Option 1
Clients that are able to pay full amount upfront – will receive a 10% discount off sale price.

Option 2
60% deposit with 5% discount and the remainder over 24 monthly payments.

Option 3
30% deposit with the remainder over 24 monthly payments.

Purchasing Costs

Approximately 8% in purchasing expenses as follows:

• ITIV (Transfer Tax): 3%
• Notary Office (Title Deed & Registration of the deed): 2%
• Administrative expenses (Obtaining CPF Number etc): 1%
• Legal fees: approx. 1.5%
