Once a client has secured their plot and received the freehold title deed we can then move to phase two, the design and building of a villa. All plots have outline planning permission granted for a minimum size of 120m2 villa, no more than two storeys high plus roof terrace.

The architect and engineer then break down the stages of build, with costs and this is given to the client so they can decide how they want the build to progress. We then use our engineer to overlook the build and at each stage inspect the work, sign it off and send over pictures to the clients.
