The Rental Guarantee

The Praia Bonita Resort development offers a 5% rental guarantee for 2 years and will be paid annually to the investor.

The purchase of a furnishing package is mandatory if the client wishes to take the rental guarantee. It is important to note that the rental guarantee will be paid over the price of the unit only, not counting the furnishing package price. Payment for the furnishing package can be delayed until the development is finished, which will be in the final quarter of 2009.

After the 2 year guarantee term has expired, if the owners would like to continue renting their unit, there will be a management company in place to assist.

Personal Use

Investors using the rental guarantee option will have three weeks personal use of their property per year. These weeks can be taken in the low season from 29/02 until 14/07 and from 16/09 until 24/12.

Hotelaría Cosntruçao Gostosa Ltda is the developer company of Praia Bonita Beach & Lagoon Resort. The company has an impeccable reputation for building high quality developments in Natal.

The company director resides in Brazil but is of Italian Nationality. He spent 18 years as partner and Director of an Italian Tour Operator company named GOING.

He was responsible for the hotel division of all the Going One Clubs and has experience in construction, tour operations, holiday resort management in the following locations:
