Purchase Process

The purchase process for Village at Town Center is simple and straightforward. The process can be broken down into the following steps:

Client identifies unit they would like to purchase and reservation form is completed.

Client wires 20% deposit directly to the Title Company's secure Escrow account.

Purchase Agreement will be emailed to the client for their review & signature. This is then returned to the USA.

Title Company prepares final documentation that will be sent by courier to the client - circa 2 weeks after the initial Purchase Agreement is returned.

Some of these documents will be time sensitive and will need to be notarized. Client then signs / initials all and returns to the USA.

Client wires the remaining balance to Title Company's secure Escrow account.

Congratulations! You are now the proud owner of your Florida Investment Property.
