Purchase Process

• Client reserves unit by making a $2,500 deposit to Title Company’s secure escrow account (refundable within 14 days).
• Purchase Agreement will be emailed to the client for their review and signature. This is then returned to the USA.
• Title Company prepares final documentation that will be sent to the client – circa 2 weeks after the initial Purchase Agreement is returned.
• These documents will be time sensitive. Client needs to sign and return to the USA, and wire Final Balance to Title Company’s secure escrow account.
• Congratulations! You are now the proud owner of your Atlanta Investment Property.
