Experienced Property Writer with extensive knowledge and experience of the overseas property market is required by overseas property company specialising in selling holiday homes and investment properties.
Salary - £15-20k. International Travel Included.
This rapidly growing overseas property company requires an experienced Property Writer, who has previously worked in the overseas property industry. The position is flexible - part-time or full-time position available and you can opt to work from home or be based in our City office, 5 minutes from Liverpool Street Station. Some worldwide travel will be expected approximately 1-2 times per year.
The ideal candidate will have about 4 years experience in a similar role and have knowledge of SEO copywriting, overseas property markets, press release management, press distribution, market research, advertisements, property buying guides and writing property features.
The candidate must be articulate, in excellent command of the English language, driven and be extremely creative. You will have a passion for writing, for property and all things online and feel at ease networking online and face to face. Prior knowledge about SEO strategies, PR and online marketing are a plus.

Experienced Administrator with excellent organisational skills required by fast-growing overseas property company specialising in selling holiday homes and investment properties. Minimum of 4 years administration experience.
Salary - £15k-18k. Complimentary International Travel.
Rapidly growing overseas property company requires an experienced administrator / client support / office manager, preferably who has previously worked for a property company. The position will be based in our City office, 5 minutes from Liverpool Street Station and some worldwide travel may be expected approximately 1-2 times per annum.
The ideal candidate will have 4 years experience in an administration role ideally within the overseas real estate industry and have knowledge of CRM systems, database management, property purchasing structures and be competent with the Microsoft office package. The candidate must be articulate, in good command of the English Language, driven and dynamic with knowledge in how to encourage a client to return information / make stage payments in a friendly yet firm manner.
The ability to write creative advertisements and brochure copy will be a distinct advantage.
The position will be Monday to Friday with International Travel 1-2 times per annum.
