I felt inspired to write the following little piece about you. It’s my way of saying ‘thank you’ for introducing me to Halcyon Hills and vice versa.

We were also overawed by the natural beauty of the island and the surrounding sea. The local population is extremely friendly and welcoming.

We were attracted to Halcyon Hills mainly because of the investment potential. This included the guaranteed rental and potential for capital growth. We were also encouraged by the support given to the project by the local and national government. Having visited the island we have come to love it and expect to return annually for holidays once the development is complete. We have no plans to retire there but see the income it generates as part of our pension.

Our experience of your company has been nothing short of excellent. Communication is second to none, you have provided CGI of the development and send us newsletters on a regular basis.

On our inspection visit we were chaperoned by Ruth Hargrave who was a fantastic host. What a great ambassador for the company who shared with us her passion for the island.

We have attached a couple of photos. One taken on the site of Halcyon Hills and the other at M. Spilianis, a monastery overlooking Pythagorio. I hope these are suitable.
